Description

Experience:

Proven track record of at least 5 years in a managerial role within warehouse operations.

Comprehensive understanding of 3PL warehouse management principles and practices.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Management Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing warehouse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, profit and loss analysis (P&Ls), operational reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), warehouse management systems (WMS), yard management systems (YMS), and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Ability to effectively utilize metrics and data analysis to drive warehouse performance and throughput optimization.
